1. Akses ke aplikasi Reasuransi Umum > Fakultatif
2. Pilih menu Offer, dan pilih Add New Offer
3. Pilih Class of Business yang ingin ditawarkan
4. Masukkan informasi sesuai dengan mandatory field dan tambahkan attachment atau file pendukung bila diperlukan, kemudian submit
5. Status offer anda akan selalu terupdate di notifikasi

• Treaty

1. Akses ke aplikasi Reasuransi Umum > Klaim
2. Pilih menu sesuai dengan jenis klaim yang ingin diajukan:

• Notifikasi klaim > New Notif
• Preliminary Loss Advice >> New PLA
• Definite Loss Advice >> New DLA

3. Isikan mandatory field pada form dan pilih Load Sesi untuk query sesi yang sudah pernah disubmit, kemudian pilih sesinya apabila ditemukan

4. Klik submit untuk mengajukan klaim

5. Status klaim anda akan selalu terupdate di notifikasi
